This article is in relation to the following motion I will raise at the coming Council meeting:
That Council write to the Minister for Roads David Campbell seeking formal advice on the funds allocated for upgrading Picton Road, the funds currently spent to date, including a breakdown of the funds spent on projects within Wollondilly Shire, and the timeframe for the balance of funds to be spent.
Furthermore, that Council write to the RTA, Minister for Roads David Campbell & Shadow Minister for Roads Andrew Stoner requesting that the speed limit on Picton Road be lowered to 80km/h past the Wilton Exit.
